I am a retired Lebanese army Capitan, fitness consultant, instructor, personal and functional trainer; strength and conditioning, post rehabilitation, sports nutrition certified and a bodybuilder who won 5 titles and stood on the olympic stage in 2017, top 10 rank 7.


I have been into fitness since I started my training in the Military Academy in 2010. My three years of army training were tough as hell, and working hard I reached and crushed goals. I started to compete in 2016 and worked as a freelance personal trainer in countless gyms since, including most recently F45 and currently Flash Gym. As online coach I have a track record of hundreds of clients' successful transformations, 4 of whom have even become gold medalists in bodybuiliding.


My purpose is to help you building a strong mindset and physique: fitness is a lifestyle to achieve with consistency, dedication and persistence, and I am here for you to motivate and guide through! 

I look forward to guide you through your fitness journey thanks to my skills and passion for this work.

I'm based in Doha, Quatar, since January 2022 : if you are in town, find me at the VO₂ GYM and Physical Fitness Center, in Villagio Mall, Al Waab. If you are based elsewhere, or want to maximise your quality time and avoid commuting, please view here to follow my Zoom interactive fitness training and coaching sessions.

Please note: for the 1:1 sessions you can view my flexible available hours by taping Book Now. My life is packed of commitments, but these are hours in which I can reschedule some activities to meet on Zoom at the time you book.
