I am a qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian, and a researcher. A member of the Dietetics Association of Nigeria, with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and a MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Diet Therapy.

I have worked as a qualified Dietitian both in a hospital, and school settings. These has added to my wealth of experience in educating and assisting people with overweight, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, Chronic Kidney Diseases to properly manage these.

I will offer you evidence based advice and help you develop a realistic plan tailored only for your individual need and medical status. I will help you find the best path from where you are, to where you want to be! Once you have had all three appointments you should have a better understanding of your dietary requirements in order to make a marked change. Should you require further support, you may purchase individual follow up sessions.
