Fitness trainer

I am a Fitness Instructor and Physical Educator, with a Bachelor in Physical Education & Sports and more than 8 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Over the past 6 years I have been practicing and developing my professional experience at a physiotherapy center, freelancing in parallel as a Personal Trainer. 


I have worked with Individuals of all ages, from kids to senior citizens with or without a special condition (including injury rehabilitation and heart conditions)


I motivate my clients by being energetic, positive and passionate about my work, considering their fitness levels, making them stronger and fitter, week by week. 

The excitement of sharing my knowledge and helping my clients to achieve their their health and fitness objectives - such as the goal of being stronger and injury free, among others - is what gives me the highest satisfaction in my work

£360 GBP ($476 USD circa)

12 Sessions  based on your goals with fitness preparations, flexibility and agility progression, muscular endurance, for a much better lifestyle. The schedule is flexible: you can book here the first of 12 sessions and the others after the package purchase.

One Arm Pushup

Core training, 1:1, 1 hour, on Zoom

Price: £25 GBP ($33 USD circa). 1:1 or cost can be split among a group of 2 attendants, as a private group class

Strengthening the core is essential to move stronger and fitter. This sessions will be a 45-55 minutes of pure abdominals training from the most superficial abdominal muscle to the lower back muscles, with little time to rest in between exercises.

Stretching

Personal Training, 1:1, on Zoom, 1 hour

Price: £35 GBP ($46 USD circa)

Working with you as a Personal Trainer I will take into consideration your lifestyle and help you to consider workouts a natural activity among your daily tasks.

The training that I offer can include: Balance Work, Coordination Work, Core Strengthening, Functional training, Kettlebell Training, Bodyweight Training, Postural and alignment Exercises, Hypertrophy training and Stretching

BodyWeight training, 1:1, 1 hour on Zoom

I will guide you through and teach you how to effectively and efficiently exercise with your body without the need of any equipment.

Taking your muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments to the maximum capacity of elongation and relaxation, is essential for the achievement of more flexibility and to make your body less prone to injuries.
