I first started practising yoga in 2014 and immediately loved the sense of calm I discovered.


Keen to share my experience and passion with others, I started training to become a yoga instructor through BSY.  I have completed additional training in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Mother and Baby Yoga, Advanced Postnatal Yoga, and Yoga for Stages of Menopause.

As a Health and Wellbeing Expert I offer an holistic approach to wellbeing, my intention is to create a safe and nurturing environment which promotes relaxation and provides an opportunity to disconnect from your stressors.

I am based in Chelmsford, Essex and I offer sessions and programmes both in person and online, to book here.

Personalised Pregnancy or Postnatal Yoga class or guided relaxation, 1:1  live-stream, 1 hour

Practising yoga regularly during and after pregnancy may help reduce strong feelings and enable you to reconnect with your changing body. Gentle yoga can help to maintain or build strength, protect posture and provide an overall sense of wellbeing.
