I started to live a sportive lifestyle when I was 12 years old, playing basketball. I continued throughout my university years, playing with different basketball teams. When I then started weight trainings I decided to become a personal fitness trainer, because by training holistically in various disciplines I felt, and still feel, that I have found the lifestyle that makes me live as my most authentic self, doing things daily that bring me happiness and joy, being as true to myself as I can possible be. So I started to enhance my preparation to train others with educational programs that included anatomy, medical exercise training, functional training and personal training. I specialised in mat pilates, and I bring into it my holistic experience in sports and lifting as well. Join me for my online pilates classes and programs, and let me help you to reach your goals

Flexibility group classes: the training involves activities that aim to stretch your muscles until they're loosened up, and your body becomes lithe and limber. Doing flexibility exercises regularly will also provide you with more freedom of movement.

Regular body strengthening group classes: a strength exercise is any activity that makes your muscles work harder than usual. This increases your muscles' strength, size, power and endurance. The activities involve using your body weight or working against a resistance. Muscle-strengthening activities helps improve blood pressure and reduce risk of hypertension and heart disease.

Regular high intensity interval training classes (HIIT): a form of cardio exercise done in short, intense bursts that aims to maximise athletic performance under conditions where the muscles are deprived of oxygen. HIIT is a great form of exercise to include in your workout routine if you are seeking to build strength and muscle endurance or trying to lose weight.

This program will be designed completely for you and maintained in the most effective and correct way to achieve your goals.
